In exchange for wildfire detection coverage to minimize risk to the public good, the Fire Agency may install cameras on utility towers
The fire agency may ‘request’ or ‘direct’ the utility to design, install, and maintain cameras on utility towers in exchange for the fire agency defining the preferred vendor(s) and managing dispatch directly
If I were to install fixed cameras, I want the data to be shared so that stakeholders outside of the Fire Agency and I can action information immediately
If I were to potentially setup a detection system, I would want to know if it overlaps with other systems already in place and avoid duplication
